Rostering 101

Getting started

We're so excited for your students and teachers to begin exploring Flashlight360! Before they're able to first log in, however, our team requires both a student and teacher roster from your district in order for us to create their accounts in the platform. Please refer to this article as you complete your rosters and find links to our student and teacher roster templates at the bottom of the page if you don't have them already.

Uploading your rosters

In order to send us your completed rosters, please save them in .csv file format and upload them to our secure online portal: https://flashlight360.com/rostering/.

NOTE: in order to safeguard user privacy, we're unable to accept your rosters as email attachments. Please instead only submit them in .csv file format via our secure portal—again, that's https://flashlight360.com/rostering/. Doing so allows us to comply with FERPA's regulations surrounding PII.
