Landing Page

3. Within the Benchmarks tab, you will see all benchmarks that have been assigned to your students. You're able to see:

  • The Benchmark Title
  • The Date Range that the benchmark was accessible to students
  • The Benchmark Type (BOY, MOY, EOY)
  • Who it was or will be Graded By
  • The Submission Status (which students are Submitted, In Progress, and Not Started)

4. Within the Submission Status, you can monitor your students' progress by selecting the green, orange, and red boxes under Submissions. This is where you can see which students have submitted their benchmark, which ones are in progress, and how many students have not started their benchmark.

By selecting the green box, you will see a slide-out window on the right side of the screen that will show the list of students that are have submitted. From this list, you can select a student's name to view or grade their submitted benchmark. Similarly, the green check mark next to the student's name indicates that the benchmark has been graded already.

After the submission is graded, the benchmark is also able to be viewed on the student's dashboard.

5. By selecting the orange box, a slide-out will appear on the right side of the screen which shows all students that are in progress of completing their benchmark. You are able to see if students are working on the Labeling, Speaking, or Writing portion of the benchmark. Keep in mind that students are able to go back and check their work on any portion of the benchmark before they submit their work.

6. By selecting the red box, a slide-out will appear on the right side of the screen which shows a list of students that have not yet started their benchmark. If the benchmark date range is active, students will be able to start, complete, and submit their benchmark to be scored. Once a benchmark's date range has closed, students are no longer able to work on or submit their work.
