Option 1: Download a CSV File
Download a comprehensive CSV file with all submission details and benchmark scores in one spreadsheet for easy analysis and filtering.
From your Teacher Dashboard, click on the Benchmark tab on the navigation menu.
From your Benchmarks page, click on Grade.
In the top right corner of your Grade page, select Download Data.
- A pop-up will appear for filtering. You can filter by School and Benchmark Type. Once you have selected your filters, select Download Data.
Once the data has downloaded successfully, you can find it in your downloaded files.
The downloaded .csv file will include the following:
- Student Information:
- Student ID Number, Student Name, School Name, and Student Grade Level
- Benchmark Information:
- Benchmark Type (BOY, MOY, or EOY), Benchmark Name, Speaking Prompt, and Writing Prompt
- Submission Information:
- Submission Annotation List (list of labels added to the image), Submission File URL List (link to each speaking submission), Submission Writing (student's writing submission), Submission Started At (date and time when the student began the benchmark), Submission Submitted At (date and time when the student submitted the benchmark), Submission Reviewed At (date and time when the benchmark scores were submitted), Submission Completed in Minutes (how long the student was actively working in the benchmark)
- Student Scores/Feedback
- Average Speaking Score (calculated average for all five speaking indicators), Score for Each Speaking Indicator (Fluency, Grammar, Interpretation, Pronunciation, and Vocabulary), Average Writing Score (calculated average for all three writing indicators), Score for Each Writing Indicator (Interpretation, Vocabulary, and Grammar), Submission Feedback Notes (feedback visible to the student) , Submission Additional Feedback (additional notes for the submission)
- Average Speaking Score (calculated average for all five speaking indicators), Score for Each Speaking Indicator (Fluency, Grammar, Interpretation, Pronunciation, and Vocabulary), Average Writing Score (calculated average for all three writing indicators), Score for Each Writing Indicator (Interpretation, Vocabulary, and Grammar), Submission Feedback Notes (feedback visible to the student) , Submission Additional Feedback (additional notes for the submission)
Option 2: Download Summary Reports (PDF)
Download formatted Summary Reports as PDFs for a clear view of benchmark results. Both Overall and Individual Student reports are available from the Benchmark reports page.
- From your Teacher Dashboard, click on the Benchmark tab on the navigation menu.
From your Benchmarks page, click on Benchmark Data.
From your Benchmarks Summary page, you will need to filter by Grades, Classes, or Schools.
After filtering, select what Benchmark Type you would like to see.
Your Benchmark Summary page will display students’ overall Speaking and Writing scores, their benchmark submission status, and their indicator scores aligned to student proficiency levels, along with helpful descriptions explaining what each level represents.
To download a PDF version of this page, select the download (arrow) icon in the top right corner of the page.
To print an individual student's benchmark summary, you may select the student's name from any of the slide-outs on the Benchmark Summary page or select their name from the Progress Scores page.
Once you have selected the student's name, you will see the student's individual progress summary. To download this page, select the download (arrow) icon in the top right corner of the page.
Option 3: Print Summary Reports
Print Benchmark reports directly from the Benchmark Summary page for a quick, hard-copy version of student results. Both Overall and Individual Student reports can be printed using the Print option next to each report.
- From your Teacher Dashboard, click on the Benchmark tab on the navigation menu.
From your Benchmarks page, click on Benchmark Data.
From your Benchmarks Summary page, you will need to filter by Grades, Classes, or Schools.
After filtering, select what Benchmark Type you would like to see.
Your Benchmark Summary page will display students’ overall Speaking and Writing scores, their benchmark submission status, and their indicator scores aligned to student proficiency levels, along with helpful descriptions explaining what each level represents.
To print a hard copy of this page, select the printer icon in the top right corner of the page.
A popup will appear with a preview of the page and a list of settings you may adjust. When you are ready to print the page, select Print.
To print an individual student's benchmark summary, you may select the student's name from any of the slide-outs on the Benchmark Summary page or select their name from the Progress Scores page.
