At Flashlight Learning, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe accessibility is essential to delivering a high-quality product and are continuously working to improve usability for everyone.
Our Approach to Accessibility
Flashlight Learning, Inc. uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our guiding standard. Because WCAG 2.2 builds upon WCAG 2.1, conformance with WCAG 2.2 also includes WCAG 2.1 success criteria while helping us stay aligned with the latest accessibility recommendations and evolving industry standards.
Our efforts include:
- Ongoing evaluation of features and content for accessibility
- Remediation of identified issues
- Incorporation of accessible design best practices into new development
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process, and some areas of the platform may still be in progress as we continue to enhance the user experience.
Accessibility Conformance Report (VPATĀ®)
Flashlight Learning, Inc. has completed an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) aligned to WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
The report was created using the VPATĀ® template developed by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) and provides detailed information about how our platform supports accessibility standards, including areas of conformance and ongoing improvement.
While the full report is not published in our Help Center, it is available upon request.
