Clearing
the Cache

Often times, certain mysterious issues can be solved simply by clearing your browser's cache! Here are step by step instruction for clearing your cache on Google Chrome:

1. Open the Google Chrome browser.

2. At the top right corner of the page, click the three vertical dots to pull up your browser options. 

3. Select More Tools from the dropdown, then select Delete Browsing Data. 

4. A separate tab will open, giving you the option to choose a time range, like Last hour or All time. You can select the types of information you want to remove. We recommend clearing Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. 

5. Click Clear data.
