Accessing Assignment Data

Assignment Data Dashboard

1. Log in to Admin Dashboard:

app.flashlight360.com or via Clever/ClassLink

2. Upon logging in, you'll see the Assignment Data Dashboard. Toggle between Speaking and Writing at the top and use filters for schools, teachers, classes, and date ranges.

• Overall Speaking Scores: Displays average scores, graded assignments, and the number of students scored.
• Speaking Performance by Level: A visual breakdown of student performance categories. Hover over each performance level to view student details. 
• Overall Speaking Indicator Scores: Shows the average student performance by indicator. Assignment Status Report: Located at the bottom, this widget includes a bar graph tracking assignments created by teachers, submitted by students, and graded by teachers each month. It also includes a donut chart categorizing student progress (not started, in progress, submitted, graded). 

• Slide out of students at each speaking and writing performance level from the Performance Level widget.

Learning Goals Dashboard

3. The next dashboard in your navigation menu is the Learning Goals Dashboard. You can access this dashboard from the navigation menu, with the same filtering options as the Assignment Data Dashboard.

• Speaking Goals & Scores By Indicator: A table showing the number of goals and average scores for each indicator.
• Speaking Goal Achievement: Tracks student goal performance over time, highlighting progress month over month.
• Completed Assignments With Learning Goals: A bar graph showing active students and goals each month, helping admins identify usage trends and maintain engagement.
• Speaking Goal Performance & Speaking Goals By Indicator: Tables displaying the number of goals, average performance, and focus areas for active goals.

District-Wide / School-Wide Comparisons 

4. School & Grade Overview 

• View high-level comparisons of schools and grades, whether you're a district or school administrator.
• Click any blue-highlighted name to open a slide-out with more detailed information.
  • If a particular school is selected, a list of teachers with their assigned grade, class, and average speaking and writing scores will appear.
  • If a particular grade is selected, a list of teachers with their assigned school, class, and average speaking and writing scores will appear.
• The table also shows the number of assigned goals, completed performance tasks (PTs), and average speaking & writing scores for graded PTs.
