Exporting Benchmark Data from the Admin Dashboard

Option 1: Download a CSV File

Download a comprehensive CSV file with all submission details and benchmark scores in one spreadsheet for easy analysis and filtering.

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select the Benchmark Data tab on the navigation menu.

  2. Use the filters in the top right of the Benchmark Summary page to refine your view. You can filter by school, grade level, and teacher.

  3. Once your filters are applied, the Benchmark Summary will appear. To download your data, select the download (arrow) icon in the top right corner to export a .csv file.

     

  4. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select which benchmark(s) you’d like to download. Then, click Download Data.

     

  5. Once the data has downloaded successfully, you can find it in your downloaded files. 

 

The downloaded .csv file will include the following: 

  • Student Information: 
    • Student ID Number, Student Name, School Name, and Student Grade Level
  • Benchmark Information:
    • Benchmark Type (BOY, MOY, or EOY), Benchmark Name, Speaking Prompt, and Writing Prompt
  • Submission Information: 
    • Submission Annotation List (list of labels added to the image), Submission File URL List (link to each speaking submission), Submission Writing (student's writing submission), Submission Started At (date and time when the student began the benchmark), Submission Submitted At (date and time when the student submitted the benchmark), Submission Reviewed At (date and time when the benchmark scores were submitted), Submission Completed in Minutes (how long the student was actively working in the benchmark)
  • Student Scores/Feedback
    • Average Speaking Score (calculated average for all five speaking indicators), Score for Each Speaking Indicator (Fluency, Grammar, Interpretation, Pronunciation, and Vocabulary), Average Writing Score (calculated average for all three writing indicators), Score for Each Writing Indicator (Interpretation, Vocabulary, and Grammar), Submission Feedback Notes (feedback visible to the student) , Submission Additional Feedback (additional notes for the submission) 
       

 

Option 2: Print/Download Summary Reports (PDF)

Print and/or download formatted Summary Reports as PDFs for a clear view of benchmark results. 

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, click on the Benchmark Data tab on the navigation menu. 

     
  2. Use the filters in the top right of the Benchmark Summary page to refine your view. You can filter by school, grade level, and teacher.

  3. Once your filters are applied, the Benchmark Summary will appear. The Benchmark Summary page displays overall submission status for each benchmark, benchmark growth, overall scores, and average indicator scores.

     

  4. You may print or download your Benchmark Summary report by selecting the Printer icon. 

  • To Print: A pop-up will appear with a preview and settings. Select your printer, then Print when ready.

     

  • To Download as a PDF: A pop-up will appear with a preview and settings. Select Save as PDF, then Save when ready.
