Accessing
Assignment Data
1. Log in to Teacher Dashboard:

2. From your landing page, click on the Assignment Data tab on the navigation menu.
3. From your Assignment Data page (also known as the Actionable Data Dashboard page), you will need to filter by Schools, Classes, or individual Assignments to get the most accurate data.
Overview Tab
4. Once you have utilized the filters above, you can see:
- Overall Speaking and Writing Performance Widgets: These widgets will show you where your students fall within the level ranges as well as the number of students in each level. When you hover over each color in visual, you can drill down to see a list of students that within that level in a new page.
- Active Speaking and Writing Goal Widgets: If you have assigned goals when grading your students' assignments, your active goals will show here in the doughnut chart. If you hover over the visual, you can see the group of students that fall under each speaking indicator goal in a new page.
Overview Tab: Navigating to Speaking
5. From the landing page of the Actionable Data Dashboard, let's first navigate to the Speaking page. You can find the same page by selecting View Report in the Overall Speaking Performance widget.
6. The Speaking page displays widgets of the 5 different speaking indicators (Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Interpretation, and Fluency).
- If you hover over the colors in the widgets, you will see more details about that level as well as the number of students that fall in that range. You can select the highlighted number of students to see a pop-up with a list of student names, active goals (if assigned), and dates when the Assignment was assigned (shown below).
- If you select the View Details button, you will be able to see a breakdown of the students at each level within that indicator on a new page (shown in step 7).
7. Once View Details is selected, a dashboard will open with:
- A breakdown of students that fall within each speaking level for the given indicator you chose (note that the filters you selected earlier represent the data shown).
- Active goals attached to each student's PT. Select each tab to group students and see their individual goals for each of these indicators.
Select Back to Speaking Overview (highlighted below) above the widget to go back to the previous page.

8. Navigating back to the Overview tab, you can navigate to the speaking goals by selecting the Speaking Goals tab, or by selecting View Report under the active speaking goals widget. On the Speaking Goals page, you will see:
- A table with a list of students that shows all of your previous speaking goals that you have assigned to your class. You can also select each tab to group students by these indicator goals.

9. From the landing page of the Actionable Data Dashboard, you can also navigate to the Writing page. You can find the same page by selecting View Report in the Overall Writing Performance widget.

10. The Writing page displays widgets of the 3 different writing indicators (Vocabulary & Grammar, Points & Reasons, and Description & Explanation).
- Similar to Speaking, if you hover the colors in the widgets, you will see more details about that level as well as the number of students that fall in that range. You can select the highlighted number of students to see a pop-up with a list of student names, active goals (if assigned), and dates when the Assignment was assigned.
- If you select the View Details button, you will be able to see a breakdown of the students at each level within that indicator on a new page (shown in step 11).
11. Once View Details is selected, a dashboard will open with:
- A breakdown of students that fall within each writing level for the given indicator you chose (note that the filters you selected earlier represent the data shown).
- Active goals attached to each student's PT. Select each tab to group students and see their individual goals for each of these indicators.
Select Back to Writing Overview (highlighted below) above the widget to go back to the previous page.
12. Navigating back to the Overview tab, you can see your writing goals by selecting the Writing Goals tab, or by selecting View Report under the active writing goals widget. On the Writing Goals page, you will see:
- A table with a list of students that shows all of your previous writing goals that you have assigned to your class. You can also select each tab to group students by these indicator goals.
