  • The Assignment Title

4. Within the Submission Status, you can monitor your students' progress by selecting the green, orange, and red boxes under Submissions.

  • By selecting the green box under the Submissions, you will see a slide-out window on the right side of the screen that will show the list of students that have submitted. From this list, you can select a student's name to view or grade their submitted assignment. Similarly, the green check mark next to the student's name indicates that the assignment has been graded already. After the submission is graded, the assignment is able to be viewed on the student's dashboard.
  • By selecting the orange box, a slide-out will appear on the right side of the screen which shows all students that are in progress of completing their assignment. You are able to see if students are working on the Labeling, Speaking, or Writing portion of the assignment. Keep in mind that students are able to go back and check their work on any portion of the assignment before they submit their work.
  • By selecting the red box, a slide-out will appear on the right side of the screen which shows a list of students that have not yet started their assignment. If the assignment date range is active, students will be able to start, complete, and submit their benchmark to be scored. Once an assignment's date range has closed, students are no longer able to work on or submit their work.
